For the manufacture of frost-resistant oil and petrol-resistant rubber products, one most widely used rubbers is nitrile-butadiene (NBR) with a low acrylonitrile content 17–20 %. However, technical properties its vulcanizates do not always meet all high performance requirements. Therefore, study possibility improving characteristics based on NBR an urgent task. This paper presents results studying BNKS‑18AMN filled ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). A feature this work increasing obtained elastomeric composites by interaction between chemically inert UHMWPE using chemical modification UHMWPE. The was carried out etching in solution chromic acid for 3 20 hours. complex laboratory studies samples out. influence duration rheological vulcanization has been studied analyzer processing rubber. It shown that filling into BNKS‑18AMN, general, leads to increase viscosity compound.
